An Office with a Legacy of Care and a Commitment to You and Your Pets

We take pride in serving the Highlands Ranch community with a focus on thoughtful medicine and genuine relationships. Our approach is simple. We listen closely, care deeply, and treat every pet as if they were our own.

Our History

1988

Quebec Highlands Animal Clinic was founded by Bruce and Carolyn Bowman at its current location. Dr. Bowman served as the sole veterinarian while Carolyn managed the clinic as receptionist, technician, and bookkeeper.

1990s–2001

The team grew to include additional doctors, technicians, and reception staff. In 2001, Dr. Nina Clow joined the practice full-time, bringing a long-term commitment to patient care and client relationships.

2012–2015

The clinic expanded into an additional space, allowing for more exam rooms and improved workflow. Renovations introduced advanced equipment, including digital X-ray, surgical laser technology, and cold laser therapy. Acupuncture and herbal medicine were also added to support a more integrated approach to care.

2019

Dr. Nina Clow purchased the clinic, continuing its legacy while honoring the foundation built by the Bowmans.

This chapter is also dedicated to her parents, Larry and LaVerne Clow, whose support and guidance made this journey possible. Their legacy continues to be a meaningful part of the clinic’s story and the care we provide today.

2021–Present

The clinic has evolved with modern systems, including EzyVet for seamless digital records. Continued investments in advanced equipment, such as an upgraded surgical laser, and thoughtful spaces like a dedicated comfort room support efficient, high-quality care.
